Evelyn Masters serves as the Director of Administration at the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA), where she oversees the agency’s human resources functions and daily operations of the organization. With a career spanning more than 25 years, she brings a strong commitment to serving the New Orleans community.

A native of New Orleans, Evelyn has held key roles at prominent local institutions, including Charity Hospital, Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO), and most recently the Superdome. Her areas of expertise include workforce development, employee training, risk mitigation, and organizational administration.

Evelyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University of Louisiana and holds a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. She also completed a graduate certification in Organizational Psychology.
